The THERABAND Balance Pad is a stability trainer for balance and coordination exercises. You stand on the soft, unstable surface or place a body part on it and must maintain your balance. This makes standing exercises, squats, or single-leg exercises more varied. You can use the pad for prevention, rehabilitation, and sports.

The non-slip surface ensures a secure footing. The pad is easy to clean and disinfect, which is particularly practical when multiple people use it for training.

The black version: air-filled and textured

The black pad is filled with air, providing particularly high instability for challenging balance exercises. It also features a textured surface that provides an additional stimulus for sensorimotor training.

The TheraBand Balance Pad is available in three levels of firmness. The softer the pad, the higher the level of difficulty:

Green | hard pad, easy level: seniors, people with poor motor skills, fall prevention/rehabilitation
Blue | medium-hard pad, medium level: people with normal fitness levels, those returning to fitness training, rehabilitation, general or sport-specific balance training
Black | soft pad, difficult level: people with good coordination skills, coordination training, sensorimotor
