Product description

You can easily massage the soles of your feet yourself with the foot roller. Simply place your foot on the roller and slowly move it back and forth. This allows you to control the pressure yourself and apply the massage exactly where it feels good. It is perfect for winding down after a long day on your feet, for breaks while working from home, or as part of your post-workout routine.

The THERABAND foot roller is a manual foot massage roller that requires no electricity or accessories. It is approximately 12 cm long, made of natural rubber, and has a hollow core. This makes it handy, easy to store, and ready for use in no time. Instructions for foot massage are included.

In addition, the foot roller can be cooled: you can place it in the refrigerator or freezer for cold therapy. Only use the cold for as long as it feels comfortable to you.

FAQ

How do I use a foot roller correctly?

Stand or sit comfortably, place your foot on the foot roller, and slowly roll it back and forth. Adjust the pressure so that the massage feels pleasant. Stop using it if you feel pain. Instructions for the foot massage are included with the product.

Can I chill the foot roller?

Yes, the foot roller is also suitable for cold applications. The manufacturer suggests using a refrigerator or freezer. Only use it while it feels comfortable for you.

Does a foot roller help with foot pain or conditions like plantar fasciitis?

The foot roller is a tool for self-massage of the sole of the foot. In case of persistent or severe foot pain, it is best to have the cause clarified by a doctor or physical therapist.

What is the difference between a foot roller and an electric foot massager?

The foot roller is a manual product: you move your foot over the roller yourself and control the pressure. It requires neither electricity nor accessories and is particularly handy at approx. 12 cm in length. An electric foot massager, on the other hand, operates with a motor and fixed programs.

Does the foot roller contain latex?

Yes. The foot roller is made of natural rubber and contains natural rubber latex, which can cause allergic reactions. You should not use it if you have a latex allergy.
